The workshop.
Instruments built for ourselves first, in public, with the numbers showing.
Practice on ourselves
ThirdOcular builds and evaluates agentic systems. Labs is where the same discipline gets applied to problems we have personally, on data we personally own, with no customer to reassure and no deadline to protect. We measure before we trust.
One discipline, harder stakes
The products the company sells apply a single method: write down what a thing has to be able to prove, run the check, publish the result including the parts that failed. Labs applies that method where the subject is a life rather than a product page, and where the honest answer is often that a component was measured and then deleted.
Nothing here is finished
Each experiment ships as a long-running build with a changelog, an evidence ledger, and a plain account of what does not work yet. If a claim on a Labs page has no number behind it, it is marked as direction rather than dressed up as a result.
LifeOS
Local AI · Entity resolution · Temporal reasoningA long-horizon attempt to turn one family's scattered digital exhaust into a single, evidence-backed, locally computed model of a life. Photographs, documents, mailboxes and file dumps are treated as evidence. The product is the model above them: people, places, events, obligations, and the things that should exist but do not.
ThirdOcular builds and evaluates agentic systems. AisleLens and PRIVI are the instruments the company sells. Labs is where the same discipline gets pointed at the founder's own life, because an instrument you have not used on yourself is a claim, not a tool.
